At Gletscher Energy, we aim to deliver your orders accurately, efficiently, and on time. The following policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and managed across domestic and international regions.

1. Order Processing

Orders confirmed from Monday to Friday before 14:00 GST will enter processing on the same business day. Orders received after this cut-off will begin processing on the next business day.

Items marked as “In Stock” are typically handed over to the shipping carrier within 1 to 3 business days. During peak periods or holidays, this period may extend up to 7 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking information.

2. Domestic Shipping (UAE)

We offer both standard and express shipping options within the United Arab Emirates. Delivery times and applicable costs are outlined below:

Standard Ground Shipping

• Estimated transit time: 3 to 5 business days

• Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout

• Free for orders above AED 500

• Carriers: Aramex, Emirates Post

Express Shipping

• Estimated transit time: 1 to 2 business days

• Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout

• Carriers: DHL, FedEx

Please note that the transit time refers to the period after the item has been handed to the carrier.

3. International Shipping & Bulk Freight

Gletscher Energy ships worldwide through leading logistics providers such as DHL, FedEx, and certified freight forwarders.

For oversized, palletized, or custom-built orders—including solar kits and modular systems—we recommend contacting us at support@gletscherenergy.com prior to purchase. Our team will prepare a tailored shipping quote and provide all necessary export documentation, including HS codes, commercial invoices, and certifications as required.

Please ensure that your country allows the import of the products ordered and verify any local clearance procedures with your authorities before confirming your purchase.

4. Shipping Charges & Taxes

Shipping fees are transparently shown during checkout and may vary depending on product weight, dimensions, delivery location, and service level selected. These fees are labeled as shipping, delivery, handling, or logistics charges.

For international shipments, import duties, customs fees, and VAT are not included in the checkout total unless specifically mentioned. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and must be settled upon delivery or clearance, depending on local regulations.

In cases where pre-arranged DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms apply, this will be explicitly stated in writing at the time of purchase confirmation.

Customers will be shown available shipping methods, estimated transit times, and total delivery costs before completing checkout.

Please note we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Delivery to remote areas or embargoed countries may not be available and is subject to carrier limitations.

5. Delays, Lost or Damaged Parcels

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, certain external factors such as customs inspections, weather disruptions, courier backlogs, or logistical constraints may result in delays.

If your parcel is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, you must notify our support team at support@gletscherenergy.com within 2 business days of delivery or the expected delivery date. Our logistics team will investigate the issue, initiate any necessary courier claims, and arrange a replacement, refund, or reshipment based on the situation and carrier policy.

6. Changes to This Policy

Gletscher Energy FZCO reserves the right to update or revise this Shipping Policy at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be published on this page and take effect immediately upon posting.
