SECTION 3 – ORDERS
All orders constitute offers to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed only when you receive our acceptance notice. Once processed, orders may not be cancellable.

Your purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Prices are listed in AED or your local currency at the time of checkout. They do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges unless explicitly stated. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you using the Services, including taxes and shipping.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays once a parcel is handed to the carrier. Risk of loss transfers to you at that point.

Your order may be fulfilled by contracted third-party warehouses. These partners are not responsible for product quality or post-sale service.

Our store is hosted on Shopify. However, all purchases are between you and Gletscher Energy. Shopify assumes no liability for transactions or products sold.
